The goals of a PTO are to promote excellence in the education of our students and to foster a physical and emotional environment that will optimize each student's opportunity to learn.

While Bismarck Public Schools builds our school facilities, each Parent Teacher Organization helps fund additional needs.

In the past, Liberty PTO has funded many needs. These include staging and risers, class cameras, document cameras, Lego Robotic Club supplies, Chess sets and leveled reading room materials.
